Single shaft linear hatch, bomb bay, retract door opening and closing mechanism

Though this may seem exceptionally busy at first glance, relax and take a look at what we are "moving"

1). Is a locking mechanism for a hatch, canopy, bomb bay, retract door, etc.
2). Is the lifting, moving mechanism for the actual item being put into motion.
The resulting motion can be mechanical activation or a micro switch to turn on a servo or motor.

                             Components:

  Wheel collars along shaft.              
 

 Slotted control arm made from brass.
 
  Arm range of motion.

Distance between collars determines the start~stop point of each function (1) and (2).

(3) distance between (1) and (2) controls the sequence time between lock and the
start~stop of motion.
