Place a single piece of
Suran Wrap®
across the template area so it extends no less than one inch beyond the perimeter of templates you placed onto the surface. Be sure the Suran Wrap® is allowed to follow aircraft's contours. That is to say, don't bridge surface detail or depressions in aircraft surface. This process is the laminate, or male molding method of forming fiber glass and resin. |

3. Spray the surface of the Suran Wrap® with PAM or equivilent non-stick cooking spray. This ingrediant acts as a mold release so the resin and fiber glass parts will not stick to the Suran Wrap®. Take care that the spray does not get onto the aircraft surface. |
